To expand its content capabilities, MPS purchased Tata Interactive Systems in June 2018 from the $100 billion Tata Group. This acquisition strengthened our team with over 500 instructional designers and visual artists, who produce the content and make it more relevant and engaging for the clients, and also improved our worldwide delivery strategy.

In 1970, Macmillan (Holdings) Limited launched MPS as an Indian subsidiary. MPS is now a major provider of platforms and content solutions for the digital world.
